Role Summary:

A dining room attendant serves to provide a personalized customer experience to every guest ensuring our Recipe for Service standard is met. This individual must have a passion for service, excellence and people. The dining room attendant will be directly responsible for implementing our Recipe for Service, believing that it should be executed by every member of the restaurant team. The dining room attendant must be willing to follow the instructions of the Team Leader with a sense of urgency and good attitude. Must also be an expert at the Core 4, speed of service and Winning Hearts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Serve to educate guests of products offerings and promotions in the dining room
• Providing 2nd mile service by helping guests to their table
• Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly
• Proactively sanitize tables and chairs, playroom, and playroom equipment
• Pass out mints to guests as they’re finishing their meals
• Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
• Must love to smile and connect with people
• Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
